Recruitment - Spring and Summer 2021

With this worldwide pandemic, we understand that the recruitment process might look a little different than in years past. Delt is planning on conducting a normal recruitment while following rules and regulations put into place by TCU as well as state laws.

Our President Buck Ritchie and Vice President of Recruitment Jack Purcell will be participating in a question and answer session via zoom that will be posted to TCU's IFC Facebook page.

Rush Class 2017 on Fall Bid Day 2017

Delt Rush .jpg

Why Delt?

Delt is an established organization on campus. We pride ourselves on brotherhood and committing our mission to create men of excellence. Every year, we bid anywhere between 25 and 50 men of potential. Our previous rush classes have been nothing more than successful.

Delt has much to offer. We have men in nearly every school, whether it's the Neeley School of Business, Add-Ran College of Liberal Arts, John V. Roach Honors College, the Pre-Law track, or the Pre-Med track. No matter your major, you will find support. With men spread across dozens of campus organizations, you will create the connections you need. Coupled with a strong alumni network, we firmly believe Delt is a place where you will find your brothers.

Delt is apart of a campus-wide initiative to prevent hazing and each year, chapter leadership goes through hazing-prevention training to prevent hazing. We believe that this is vital to the future of the fraternity.

What do Delt rush events look like?

Our rush events focus on getting to know potential new members on a personal basis, as well as answer any questions that they have about fraternity life, TCU or life in general. With that being said our rush events range from sporting events, bowling, hanging out with the guys, and going out to eat.

It is a fun, exciting process not just for prospective new members, but the chapter as well. Be sure to sign up for IFC recruitment located on the TCU IFC page.

We believe in recruiting a well-rounded rush class with an emphasis on character, passion, and academics. We go into rush every year with an open mind and believe in recruiting members of all backgrounds from around the country and world that meet our standards and values of sustaining community, brotherhood, academic excellence, and more. We believe this sets us apart. We have members from Switzerland, England, and dozens of states all from different backgrounds.
